To Whom It May Concern --

This letter is for anyone who is considering building a home with Legacy. As someone who stood in your shoes five years ago, allow me to offer you three words of advice -- Do It Now.

My family and I loved building our home with Legacy but I've never written a formal letter of recommendation because I thought I needed to see how the home would stand up over time. I think five years is long enough and i can tell you unequivocally that we love our home and appreciate the partnership we had with Legacy more today than we did five years ago.

Every piece of advice that Ward, Chris, Bill, Elizabeth and Ron gave us proved to be correct. Areas where they told us to spend proved to be worth it; areas where they told us to save were not missed. The attention to detail they gave us exceeded the high expectations we had and a business transaction that can turn adversarial became one of the most rewarding journeys that our family has experienced.

Our home has far outpaced the appreciation in our neighborhood because Legacy knows how to hold prices at a fair level and helps you make decisions which will protect your investment. We built the home for personal reasons yet we have been able to realize significant financial gains by simply living in the home we love.

No house is perfect and there are always a few bumps in the road. Legacy passed with flying colors with the old adage that you see a person's true colors during difficult times. There were one or two misunderstanding that involved design and ultimately money. Legacy bent over backwards to be fair and any potential awkward moments passed very quickly.

Building, buying and financing a home is one of the hardest and most important decisions I've ever made. There is no other builder I would do it with than Legacy. They are ethical, professional, creative, and hard working. They very quickly went from being contractors to friends. I urge you to make one of the best decisions you'll ever make -- hire Legacy.

Working with you, Donald, and Nancy has been a truly wonderful experience. I brag about you guys all the time - I was just telling Chip the other day that it will be strange to not talk with someone from Legacy at least once a day - I may go through withdrawal. I think I now get what you were talking about when we were signing the contract about the increased staff needed to build a custom home versus a spec. The Legacy team has just been wonderful.

Please use us as a reference for any future homeowners as we can't say enough wonderful things about the whole team at Legacy.

Once again were are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Legacy Custom Homes. The one year warranty coverage was outstanding and everything has been completed except for the two outstanding items. We know the process to address both, if needed, and Donald has given both vendors notification on these issues.

I would like to highly commend Donald for his outstanding work, both in building our home and addressing our warranty items. We feel extremely fortunate to have gone through this process with Donald. He's thorough, knowledgeable, effective at communicating, and has the utmost integrity.

Just wanted to drop a note saying how pleased I am with everyone at Legacy Custom Homes and the way in which our home construction is progressing. Chad and i have spent much time together going over various items and changes and he has truly been a pleasure. I can imagine how frustrating "changes" can be. Also, Nancy has been a tremendous help to us with selecting the may items necessary to get this house built. She has been extremely flexible in meeting our difficult schedule and has made many excellent suggestions. I have been traveling this summer much more than normal and I really thank her for meeting with us at our convenience.

Also, I must thank Chris, matt and Elaine for their hard work and continued efforts.

Good Morning Matt;

I want to extend a heartfelt "Thank you" to the team at Legacy Custom Homes. My husband and I purchased lot 67 in Treyburn Forest at the end of January of this year. During these four months we have been extremely happy with our new home and most importantly the service and caring of the team from Legacy.

A short story: we had a few large trees in our front yard which were dead. Both my service representative (Brian) and the Vice President (Mr. Ward) were complete professionals during this experience. I want to express my gratitude towards this. I am also in the customer service business, and would like to say, "you guys are great!"

Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Matt of Legacy Custom Homes and began the process of working with my clients in the hopes of building their dream home. From the first meeting, Matt not only listened to my clients, he also spent time getting to know them and what was important to their family. In a few short weeks, the plan was finalized and the home is now under construction.

The excellent service does not stop there. Nancy is there to offer her professional help with all of the countless selections that have to be made. She has spent hours researching products and making sure my clients have all the information they need to make their final selections.
